(2) Fault phenomenon: The compressor does not start, the air conditioner does not work, and the system has no pressure.

Cause: All the refrigerant has leaked.

Remedy: Find out the leakage point (pipe wear, pipe gasket break, condenser pipe wear, pressure switch is not tightened and loose, expansion valve damage and leakage, compressor insurance plate damage has failed) and replace it. The failed parts, and then vacuum, maintain pressure and add refrigerant according to the charging amount specified by the air conditioner, and the fault can be eliminated.

(3) Error phenomenon: The compressor does not engage and the air conditioner does not work.

Detailed phenomenon: The system equalizing pressure is normal (0.5-0.7MPa).

Causes: Failure of the air conditioner fuse, failure of the air conditioner relay, bad contact or breakage of the thermistor lead, bad contact of the compressor connection lead, and bad contact of the condenser electronic fan connection lead.

Troubleshooting procedure: Check the above parts and replace the failed parts to eliminate the fault.

(4) Fault phenomenon: The air conditioner operates normally, but the cooling effect of the air conditioner is not good.

Detailed phenomena: The air volume of the air outlet is insufficient, the noise of the fan is increasing, and the evaporator has frosting.

Cause: There is dirt in the duct of the air conditioner box, the wind resistance is increased, and the filter is blocked.

Remedy: Remove the evaporator core and filter for cleaning (once a year) and reinstall. After installation, vacuum, maintain pressure and add refrigerant according to the charging amount specified by the air conditioner.

(5) Malfunction phenomenon: The air conditioner operates normally, but the cooling effect of the air conditioner is not good, and the high pressure and low pressure are both high.

Causes: Too much refrigerant in the air conditioner or too much compressor lubricating oil.
